Home Fitness-Day 1

As I mentioned we did a 3 month stint with crossfit. Awesome program, way too early in the morning.

Since I am enjoying running in the great outdoors so much we let of membership lapse.
Now I am finding creative ways to make strength training workouts at home.
Here’s my first…..

@ Home WORK OUT


100 crossfit sit ups

150 crossfit squats

15 crossfit burpees
